Across the city’s downtown and Westside—home to affluent enclaves including Pacific Palisades and Beverly Hills—sales of new, high-end condos soared 74.4% in the last three months of 2019 compared to the same period in 2018, the brokerage said.
At the same time, the median price rose 17.9% to $2.2 million.
