The single-family home median sold price has dropped from $1.92M to $1.85M, and the median price per square foot dropped from $1,185/ppsf to $1,076/ppsf. However, both are up from 2017. The median days on market has risen by 6 days, and the number of homes sold is down by 7 homes. The majority of year-to-date houses sold featured 3 bedrooms (47% of sales).



The condominium median sold price has increased from $994,000 to $1.06M. Yet, the median sold price per square foot has remained flat, with a $1/ppsf decreased to $709/ppsf. The rise in median days on market was mild, only increasing by 3 days, and the number of condos sold has increased by 1 condo. Two-bedroom condos made up the majority of sales at a whopping 89%, while only 11% of condo sales year-to-date featured 3 bedrooms. No 1-bedroom condos sold during this period.
