Peter J. Maurice
A native of the Westside, has been a top producing agent for over 25 years. He covers Los Angeles from offices at Rodeo Realty’s Beverly Hills office where he is an Estates Director. Berkeley (Boalt Hall) and practiced corporate, real estate and entertainment law with Greenberg, Glusker, Fields, Claman & Machtinger in Century City (admitted, Central District Court - California), before joining Jeffer, Mangels, Butler & Marmaro where he helped grow the entertainment transaction department. Subsequently, he served as Vice President, Legal Affairs, for 20th Century Fox Film Corporation.Peter left the practice of law to pursue his true passion, real estate, and to represent the many individuals and entities with whom he transacted business over the years as a corporate and studio lawyer. Married for more than 19 years to his wife Megan (an Endodontist and proud UCLA and USC alum), Tregg has three daughters, is an avid basketball player, surfer, dog lover, beekeeper, and weekend gardener. The Rustad's have owned and remodeled a variety of properties, including single family homes, duplexes, and a number of local high rise units. Tregg is the former president of a 135-unit homeowners’ association and knows the challenges of association management and HOA issues from the inside out. Additionally, he is EcoBroker Certified®, well-versed in the broad range of energy and environmental issues that affect real estate transactions, and is an active member of both the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
David holds the position of Operations Director for the Maurice-Rustad Team. He is a California licensed real estate agent, commencing his career in fashion marketing and sales nearly a decade ago. With commensurate experience as a professional photographer, Mr. Tamburo personally handles all aesthetic aspects of photography, as well as the sale and escrow process for all properties and purchases handled by the Team.
Key to David’s approach with photography is mindfulness: Not simply recording images of the property and cataloguing features, he understands how critical it is to take the time necessary to produce correct images to portray each property. His artful presentation of homes evokes the essence of what is, essentially, an emotional engagement of prospective buyers (and agents) viewing the Team’s listings. The process takes significant time, and David’s dedication to ‘getting it right’ is universally lauded by our agents.
David stays abreast of continuing trends in e-marketing, including state of the art web-design, social marketing and internet exposure maximization, for our clients. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications from Columbia College Chicago. In his spare time, David is an avid photographer enjoying all types, from landscape to lifestyle. David loves spending time with his girlfriend and their two dogs, pursuing music, cooking and dog rescuing.
Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Taylor grew up taking classes at her neighborhood art studio, and attended Booker T. Washington High School for The Performing and Visual Arts as a student in the Visual Arts department. During a month-long pre-college program at the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, Maryland, she was able to zero her focus in on Architecture and Industrial Design. Upon graduating distinguished, as well as being yearbook designer, president of the Free Tibet Club, and a member of the National Art Honor Society, she received several scholarship and grant offers and went on to attend the Cleveland Institute of Art in Cleveland, Ohio as a major in Industrial Design.
Her time in college was spent honing her graphic and product design expertise, working with the likes of Little Tikes and Stryker Medical as a research and design consultant, learning presentation skills, and building upon her artistic cunning via an emphasis in printmaking.
In 2014, Taylor spent a semester abroad in Germany, south of Berlin, working with luxury automotive company Audi, as well as, on toy design and infographic projects. Afterwards, she returned to school in Cleveland and her internship at a furniture and design firm, graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, spent some time freelancing then moved back to Texas before eventually moving out to Los Angeles where she soon became Marketing and Product Development Specialist for a local shoe startup.
Today, Taylor leads all graphic design and marketing strategy at Maurice & Rustad, bringing her unique eye for detail and innovative ideas. She utilizes her skillset to promote listings both online and offline via social media, web, email, and printed marketing materials. Lastly, in her free-time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, trying new recipes, and teaching the occasional arts and crafts workshop. What she loves most about real estate is getting to explore new corners of LA, and helping people.
